At Pampore Kesar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is handled, packed, and delivered with the utmost care. However, due to the nature of our products, certain return and refund guidelines apply, as mentioned below.
Our products include natural and consumable items such as saffron, dry fruits, shilajit, honey, spices, and teas — which are non-returnable once opened or used.
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product
A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.
For a return to be accepted:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, and seals must be intact.
The return must be approved by our support team before shipping it back.
Any product sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved:
The refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).
Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund — based on product availability and your preference.
If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:
Opened or partially used consumable products
Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
Products without proof of purchase
Items returned beyond the 48-hour window
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
