Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (saffron, dry fruits, honey, shilajit, etc.), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Opened or used food products.
Products returned without original packaging.
Orders cancelled after dispatch.
